Intermediate Trails
These trails are predominantly off-road. They can be narrow and include hill climbs and possibly small river crossings. Certain sections of the track can drop off the side fairly steeply at times. The trail surface is mostly firm, but may include muddy or loose sections. There may also be obstacles such as rocks or tree roots to avoid. Any on-road sections could have moderate traffic levels.
These rides are suitable for regular, reasonably experienced cyclists with a good level of fitness and over 12 years of age. Children should also be accompanied by an adult. A mountain bike is recommended for these trails.
